    I'm sorry, but I'm trying to figure out how to actually download your videos. When I click on the image (where it says "Click to Download,") I'm taken to the youtube site, where info there says to come back to your site to download. I'm new to this and must be missing something here... the footage you have is lovely, and I'd love to use it for a mini-documentary I'm creating...

    No problem. If you click the image, you will get a youtube preview of the clip. If you click to actual "click to download" text, you will be taken to the original blog post where you can download the clip. I wanted to group all of the files together like on this page, but didn't want too may split links. You should have no problem downloading the files from the original blog post. there will be a link that says "right click save" and you can right click on that text and you should be downloading in no time. Hope this helps!

    Hello,

    Some guys called "Believe Music" claimed for copyright your video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLVucxPibRs that i use in one of my music videos. They pretend to be the copyright owners of that video and blocked my video worldwide. Here is the video on my channel that has been blocked by "Believe Music": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d5kYBu0AT_8

      This happens sometimes. Unfortunately YouTube's copyright process is all encompassing, but easily refuted. If you use some of my videos and someone has previously used the same in a music video they've claim the rights to, it might get flagged by YouTube's automated process. You can option to argue the claim and cite my videos as your source and they should remove the copyright claim. Unfortunately when people copyright their music or music videos, YouTube thinks that all of the footage is theirs as well. There isn't an easy way to pick and choose, but I've never heard of anyone who has been given any trouble then they have challenged the copyright claim. Hope this helps!!!

    Hi Beach,

    I run a large YouTube channel with 190k subscribers, and I have used some of your beach clips in one of my videos (your website is credited, of course). This particular videos has been flagged for a content ID violation for the use of this beach clip by a man called Sangeeth Sagar.

    I can dispute this. Unfortunately, if my claim is refuted then I would receive a black mark against my channel, which would seriously impact it. I don't suppose I could receive permission from you in writing to use your clip? That would seriously put my mind at ease :)

      Yes. As long as you don't just turn around and offer/sell the footage "as is" you can use them in your projects... even commercial. Hope this helps!

      It is not Legitimate. They should not have been able to apply for a Content ID through YouTube since they are not using 100 percent original content. Please dispute the claim and reference my YouTube clip and website. I'm sorry you have to go through this. I get my own content blocked which is infuriating since my upload date is obviously much earlier than whatever they submit.
