3 Clips Let Me Project a Little

Hey All,

Shot this a little while ago. Love the look. Reminds me of J.J. Abrams most recent movie Super 8.

Also, a quick note:  If you want to help me out a bit, please share this site with your friends, co-workers, facebook, twitter or link to it from your own site.  There are social media buttons at the bottom of each post to help you out as well.

Also feel free to subscribe to my posts or comment on them.  Subscription options are to the right.
Enjoy! Happy Downloading!

These videos were shot using a Canon EOS Rebel T2i and a Sigma 24mm f/1.8 EX DG Macro Lens

Traffic, Traffic, Traffic

One of my first goals I set when creating this blog was visitor traffic that averaged around 50 people a day.  For the past 2 weeks, I am happy to say that the average has been closer to 75!  Now I know that many people coming haven't found any clips they need ... yet.  I am working on bringing a greater variety of clips to the public, so hopefully everyone will have something to take with them when they visit.

Until then, I'll give you a clip today as a thanks for the traffic.

A few new things

As I get this site into shape, please expect new things.  You will now see tabs towards the top of the blog directing you to a grouping page of Stock Footage and Looping Background.  This way you can see either group just a page away.  Also up in the tabs section is the "How to Download" pages for newcomers to see how to get their clips.

I'm also getting ready to post another group of videos, so stay tuned.

Let me give you a little Background

Hey all,

Besides shooting video, I've also been hard at work on the graphics end as well.  I have decided to post a few of my looping backgrounds for you all to use.  Honestly these are much more valuable than a specific shot, and can be used for a variety of things.

You can preview and download the clip by clicking "read more" below.  Happy Downloading!

As always, please e-mail, facebook, tweet, google plus or do whatever you can to spread the word about this site. Thanks!

Updating the pages

A few of you may have noticed a few changes since I started this blog.  Based on user suggestions, I have put Youtube previews up for each clip and I am now offering a second download option through Wupload.  I will also be uploading 1 clip per week (because that is the limit) to Vimeo, to give users a third download option.

The file hosting has always been a question.  Most stock footage pay sites have an internal storage server that lets you download immediately after your purchase.  In order to keep things free on both my end and yours, I had to find sites that offered a large storage capacity, the ability for a user to download without signing up for an account,  and was free to use on both sides.  Both Uploadstation and Wupload offer these options.  Granted you may need to wait a pre-determined time before you can download the next file, this is still faster than many other free options.  Most editors will usually be coming here to download something specific for their project anyways.

In the future, I may offer category based DVD purchases, but for now I think a free option is the best option.  As the collection grows, I look forward to providing something for everyone.
